Last night a criminal killed the night manager at a cafe in the shopping center where I work. She resisted a robbery attempt and lost her life for it.

I happened to be working a few stores down. That could have been me or any of the amazing people I work with. She was 25 years old, just like me. My heart goes out to her family, friends, and coworkers.

Don’t ever take life for granted. Live happily and love with every part of yourself. If this were your last day because some asshole decided a few bucks was worth taking you from this world forever, would you look back and wish you had done things differently? Make every day count!
